Help Needed!!!

Our troop needs your help to be successful:

Please consider signing up for one of these following jobs to help us have the best year possible!

Cookie Queen:   All things Cookie, most of this can be done from home.  If you'd like to share this job, one could be in charge of money and cookie counts.  While the other does the running!

Sassy Shoppers:  On your own schedule, shop for items needed for troop activities at the Council Store, Micheals, etc.

New Family Hostess:  Communicate with families that show interest in joining the troop and help them thru the registration process.

Co-Leader (AKA Sanity Saver!!):  Be Kelly's assistant at meetings.

Field Trip Fairy:  Organize and plan field trips includes getting out Permission Slips (on GSNIM's web-site).  This may be a job for next year!

Crafty Help:  Plan activities and crafts for the meetings.  Coordinate with leader on topics to be discussed.

Babysitter:  Help with siblings (big and little) at meetings or while leader attends trainings.  The first opportunity is on October 8th from 8-noonish.  Both Kelly and Beth have First Aid/CPR training.  Beth's hubby will be out of town and may be in need of childcare.

Financial Supporter/Sponsor:  Do you belong to a business or group that may want to support our troop?

To do most of these jobs, you will need to be a Registered Adult with GSUSA.  This includes filing out a registration form, background check, health history form and the volunteer agreement and volunteer application.  The last 3 forms are available on the GSNIM's web-site.  There are links to these forms, also, on this blog site.

Oh and by the way, Dad's can help too!!  They can be a Registered Adult with GSUSA.

It will take a combined effort from us, the parents, to make this an experience that will last a lifetime!

Thank you for all you do!!!
